Delivered fully online by experienced health professionals
Despite how common it is, many women don’t get the right support or treatment.
Bladder leaks, urgency, or reduced control are common, but you don’t have to live with them. Our evidence-based, medically supported, fully online program helps you improve bladder control safely and effectively, from the comfort of your own home.
ALLY Health and their dedicated women’s health GPs work with you to create a personalised plan tailored to your unique needs and preferences. They can provide ongoing support where needed or provide a plan for you to take to your regular GP.
Your journey begins with a telehealth consultation with a women’s health GP to get the full picture and evaluate the reasons you may be experiencing UI. If needed, tests can be arranged to check for any underlying causes that might need medical attention. If medication is appropriate, it can be prescribed.
After your medical consultation, you’ll have a virtual consultation with a women’s health physiotherapist. You’ll be guided through a structured self-assessment and have the opportunity to ask questions. This will form the foundation for your treatment program.
Following your assessments, you’ll receive a personalised program designed to address your unique needs, goals, and current pelvic floor function.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll follow a customised treatment plan. The ALLY Health team monitors your progress remotely and adjusts your program as needed to ensure safe, appropriate progression.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach: your program is based on current clinical guidelines and the latest research in pelvic health.
Towards the end of the program, you’ll check in again with your physiotherapist to review your progress and determine, together, whether any further support or next steps are needed.

All consultations and assessments are conducted via secure video calls with experienced health professionals. You’ll receive a personalised exercise program delivered through our digital platform, along with easy-to-understand educational materials to help you better understand your pelvic health and treatment plan. The program includes guided videos, clear written instructions, and practical tips you can follow at your own pace.
If your GP identifies the need for further investigations, they will coordinate the necessary tests and review the results with you. This ensures any underlying issues are addressed and that your program is safe and appropriate for your needs.
If you have a regular GP : great! We’re happy to share reports, investigation results, and clinical notes with them (with your consent) to ensure they’re kept informed. If your GP has already arranged relevant tests, we can access those results where possible to avoid unnecessary duplication and streamline your care.
Yes. The ALLY Health team monitors your progress remotely and makes adjustments as needed. You’ll also have mid and end of program reviews with your physiotherapist and follow ups with the GP as necessary.
No. The exercises are designed to be done at home with little or no equipment. You’ll be guided through everything you need.
We understand that not everyone is used to telehealth. Our team will guide you through how to access telehealth appointments and digital materials, and we’re here to support you if you run into any issues.
We understand that urinary incontinence is often just one part of a bigger health picture, but the medical consultations in this program will focus specifically on assessing and developing a treatment plan for urinary incontinence.
After you complete the program, you’re always welcome to continue with ALLY through a membership plan to address other symptoms or broader health goals.
The ALLY Health Subscription takes a holistic approach to your sexual and reproductive health. Consultations are conducted solely by general practitioners (GPs) and are ideal for managing multiple symptoms or addressing your overall health picture. As part of this service, we may recommend engaging (and can provide referrals and care plans where appropriate) with various allied health professionals such as physiotherapists. However, this additional care is not included in the subscription.
By contrast, the targeted Urinary Incontinence Program focuses specifically on urinary incontinence and is guided by both GPs and physiotherapists and you’ll have individual consultations with each. You’ll also receive a personalised 12-week program based on your physiotherapy assessment.
You can also choose to complete both the ALLY Health Subscription and the Urinary Incontinence Program alongside each other – this can be helpful if you’d like ongoing support for broader health concerns in addition to targeted care for urinary incontinence. Discounts are available when combining the two.
You may be eligible for rebates, depending on your individual health insurance cover. If you’re unsure, email us and we can help you determine your eligibility.
